American Circuits is a U.S. based family run contract manufacturing company with a rich history of over 30 years supporting the local economy and U.S. electronics manufacturers.
Our History
Vic Gondha, the founder of American Circuits and father to current CEO, Ket Gondha, is a story of a true first-generation immigrant to the United States turned successful American entrepreneur.
Vic came to the United States with a dream to become a business owner, where he could provide for his family and his local community. Through hard work, perseverance and a focus on obtaining the highest levels of education and practical application in the area of electrical engineering, he was able to leave a job, buy a business, bring his family to Charlotte, and over two decades, fraught with obstacles, build a top company serving the U.S. electronics manufacturing industry.
Since then, his company, American Circuits, Inc., a full-service electronics contract manufacturer, has been offering design, prototype and printed circuit boards along with turn-key assembly services to top U.S. electronics OEMs.
American Circuits is one of a very few minority-owned U.S. PCB manufacturers to provide comprehensive bare-board to finish product services.

American Circuits makes and distributes electronics to approximately 400 customers within a wide variety of industries from defense to health care with diverse applications from Robotics to LED lighting.
Customers include TE, Honda and Assa Abloy in Charlotte, which specializes in security and key control systems.
As a top Contract Electronics Manufacturer in the U.S., American Circuits boasts an expanded facilities center of over 37,000 square feet and a full team of professional engineers with backgrounds in turn-key Electronics Assembly, PCB design, Mechanical Design, Cables and Harnesses, custom prototyping and PCB consultation.

Ket Gondha, son of American Circuits founder Vic Gondha leads the company as its current CEO.
Ket brings years of successful Wall Street experience to the company. In just a few short years at the helm, Ket is responsible for the company’s expansion in Charlotte. He has led its facilities and campus growth to be the fastest-growing CEM in the area and continues to support the family-run business mission of helping to develop economic opportunities for his local engineering community in the area.
Ket’s leadership style is inclusive and supportive. He believes in leading by example, investing in his people and doing what is necessary to find, hire and retain top talent.
He is regularly seen on site supporting internal teams in their needs to lead fulfilling careers and personal lives.
