Conflict Minerals Statement

We at American Circuits, Inc. are committed to the elimination of Conflict Minerals in our supply chain. Conflict Minerals are defined as: cassiterite ore (from which tin is extracted), gold, cobalt, and coltan ore (from which tantalum is extracted).

American Circuits requires its suppliers comply with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. As a part of this, we require them not to use Conflict Minerals originating in the conflict regions of the Democratic Republic of Congo or neighboring territory.

To confirm compliance, and in order to fulfill our ‘due diligence’ requirement, we ask suppliers provide a letter of compliance (similar to this one) or, at their discretion, a completed EICC (Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition) Conflict Minerals Reporting Template.

To our knowledge, we have no supplier in violation of Dodd-Frank at this time.

If you have any questions or need additional information please contact us at 704-376-2800.

Thank you,

Vic Gondha
