This letter serves as a declaration of compliance for the product(s) listed below with the European Union’s REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.
Declaration:
To the best of our knowledge, based on the information and certifications provided by our suppliers, our product(s) are compliant with the requirements of the REACH regulation. We confirm that:
- Our suppliers have certified the REACH compliance status of the relevant substances and products.
- We have implemented processes to verify supplier statements and maintain relevant documentation to support this declaration.
- We do not intentionally add hazardous substances beyond regulatory thresholds into our products.
Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC):
- We confirm that the product(s) do not contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) above the 0.1% weight by weight threshold as defined in Article 33 of the REACH regulation.
- OR [If applicable] The product(s) may contain SVHCs above the 0.1% threshold. Information regarding the SVHCs is provided in the accompanying Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or can be provided upon request.
